After a long day of fun in the sun, enjoy Symphony’s private backyard pool area and splash pad to cool off!

Newly built in 2024, Symphony’s designer curated touches make you feel like right at home from the minute you step in. With brand-new stainless steel appliances, two separate living rooms, and TV’s in every bedroom and living room, your family will get to enjoy every minute. Who wants to spend their vacation crammed in a plane jane cookie cutter rental?

Want to enjoy a cozy night in? Symphony’s full size kitchen allows the family cook to whip up delicious meals for everyone to enjoy! And with a dining table that fits 10 guests, plus 4 more at the kitchen island, family meals are a breeze to enjoy!

For off-season visitors, Symphony’s seasonally-heated pool (October 1 to April 30) is available at no additional cost.

Live like a local on 30A by taking a short golf cart ride to Seaside Center, located just 2.8 miles away, for the perfect family day enjoying shopping and eating local cuisine from Seaside’s famous restaurants and food trucks!

Pool: Symphony’s pool is 22 feet long, 12 feet wide (plus a splash pad) with a depth of approximately 3 to 5 feet, and is seasonally heated from October 1 to April 30.

Parking:
Symphony has parking for up to 6 mid size cars. Parking spaces are approximately 9’ x 20’ each.

NOTE: In order to drive the golf cart form, you must be over 25; complete the golf cart user agreement; and provide drivers license, credit card (for damages only), and proof of current auto insurance.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs. Additionally, Legacy Beach Homes’ insurance only covers the property and the Guest between the property’s published check in time of 4:00 PM CST and check out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve
during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

NOTE: A security camera is mounted on the outside of the house and is aimed down the driveway. The pool/pool area is not within the camera’s field of vision.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
