When the sun becomes too intense, retreat to Sundial’s partially covered pool area, where both kids and adults can splash around without worrying about overexposure. Planning a group meal? Sundial has you covered with indoor dining space for 19 guests simultaneously, along with grab-n-go seating for quick meals, allowing you to maximize your beach time.

Even in the off-season, enjoy Sundial’s seasonally-heated pool (available between October 1 and April 30) at no extra cost. And for those looking to explore the waters, Sundial provides two inflatable paddleboards, perfect for beginners.

Important Information:

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs. Additionally, Legacy Beach Home’s insurance only covers the property and the Guest between the property’s published check in time of 4:00 PM CST and check out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

NOTE: A security camera is mounted on the outside of the house and is aimed down the driveway. The pool/pool area is not within the camera’s field of vision.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
