We’re passionate about our ensuring that our guests relish in all of the experiences that our incredible Emerald Coast offers…without the hidden hassles and expenses of a typical beach vacation. So, we’ve just completed a designer-renovation of Shenanigans to create the most fun-packed destination home on 30A!

The Space

Three story Shenanigans boasts 6 bedrooms, so bring all of your family and friends! Take to the third floor for our knock-your-socks-off family game room…complete with full-sized air hockey; its very own mini-bar; and a big screen TV for family movie night or game day.

Or take our two customized golf carts to the award-winning Blue Mountain Beach access that’s only a half mile from your front door. Using our golf carts and will keep the salt and sand out of your pretty car. And yep, they’re all free for Shenanigans’ guests.

After hitting the waves, cool off in the community pool that’s only 50 steps from Shenanigans’ front door. Or, get your cardio on at our community gym!

Ever wanted to try paddleboarding? Did you know that our beaches are home to rare Coastal Dune lakes that are found in only three places in the world? It’s true!

Sadly, very few area visitors ever experience the jaw-dropping serenity of paddling through the quiet waters of these natural wonders because they don’t have the means to enjoy them. But that’s no worry for Shenanigans’ guests. We’ve gotcha covered.

Strap the two free included paddleboards on our two free included golf carts and to head out to the OMG awesome spots. Oh yeah…and don’t forget to check out our underwater life, which is ah-mazing!

The 30A vibe is incredible and unlike anywhere else in the world! And Shenanigans is located smack dab in the middle of it. World-class dining, boutique shopping, the world’s most mind-blowingly gorgeous sugar sand beaches, eclectic artists, beach-chic eateries, wonderful concerts … it’s all here.

What 30A doesn’t have a lot of is parking, lol. But no worries. You can always find a parking sport for our golf carts …making it a snap for Shenanigans’ guests to enjoy all that the area has to offer without any of the hassle.

With over 4000 square feet that has been thoughtfully designed for your every whim, finding your happy place in Shenanigans is easy-peasey. Get rowdy in 30A’s best game room; curl up with a quiet book in one of the en-suite master bedrooms; tune into the big game or new movie on our every-channel-that-exists cable package; draw a warm bubble bath in one of the three garden tubs; decompress to the sounds of the sea breeze flowing through our palm trees on any of our four balconies; or just let the kids entertain themselves far away in the third floor game room while the adults unwind with a bottle of Chardonnay in the travertine and granite first floor living area.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: Commercial vehicles, motorcycles, RVs, motorhomes, and trailers are strictly prohibited in Shenanigan’s gated community.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: In order for all community visitors to be able to enjoy the pool, HOA rules prohibit more than 10 people from a single property being in the pool simultaneously

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.

Guests have access to the entire home. All Shenanigans guests are provided with two golf carts and two paddleboards.

Beautiful home with plenty of beds and functional layout for 3 families (except wished there was a shower on top floor). It was a beautiful gated neighborhood that was so peaceful. The golf carts were nice for beach days (we always found parking spots at beach access) & gated pool was just across the street and was always nicely maintained. The coffee shop & Italian restaurant could be easily walked to but we enjoyed taking the golf carts. We came home to a bathroom leak one evening, however maintenance responded quickly. We had one issue with one of the golf carts charging but was not a problem to use same plug to keep them both charged. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking utensils we needed. Seaside was a short drive & we visited Destin several times. We will definitely book here again. It was a fun & great week.

Lots of space for our group of 16! Ice cream, coffee and several great restaurants within walking distance. The golf carts were super helpful for evenings at the nearby beach and meals on 30A. We would have loved to have a shower on the 3rd floor, but we made it work with the 2 available showers. The shower on the lower level has pretty aggressive water pressure and even when the waterfall shower head is off, it still drips cold water during your shower. Nothing we couldnt manage though. The driveway does fit 4 vehicles, but it took some maneuvering! The pool is right across the street which was really nice! Plenty of dishes and cookware and the grill was prepped and ready to go, which my husband really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic rental that worked really well for our group!

The family really enjoyed everything was amazing. We enjoyed the gulf carts traveling to and from the beach. It had everything we needed to cook with. Lots of space a very beautiful home.

This house was so great for our family of 9. So many rooms, and extra beds. We really enjoyed the family room upstairs. The balconies were great to have to sit outside and talk. Close to so many great food places and the beach entrance was right there. The golf carts were the best part. Overall we give this place a 5 star review.

We loved this place. It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room. It was so nice having a pool within just a few steps when the kids were tired of the beach. The house is beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

Our large family loved this house for our reunion. We had 6 different families and plenty of space. It was centrally located, great for the kids that brought their bikes and scooters because they could ride sprints the neighborhood, and everyone had plenty of space where we werent on top of each other. The one thing I wish this house had was beach amenities, but it wasnt a deal breaker. Great home all around!

Beautiful home perfect for our multi-family beach vacation! Great bedroom & bed setup for our 3 couples and 10 tween kids! Perfectly equipped for cooking in for our large group: plenty of dishes & silverware, variety of cookware in very good condition & extras like the extra fancy ice maker! Big dinners on were easy with big dinner table & extra seating at the kitchen island. Living room comfy for relaxing at end of busy beach day while kids enjoyed game room upstairs. Two golf carts made trips to beach easy (and fun!) for everyone. Kids enjoyed the pool & parents loved how close we were and also used workout area all days we stayed.

My group of 16 enjoyed our stay at Shenanigans for a long weekend! There was plenty of space for our group. The hosts were super responsive. We loved being walking distance to local coffee shops + utilizing the golf carts to get to the beach access. The neighborhood was also super cute, quiet, and felt very safe.One thing that wouldve made the stay better is if there were more toiletries (soap, toilet paper) and kitchen necessities (dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc). The hosts let us know that there wasnt much, so my group planned appropriately when making a grocery store, but it is always nice when you dont have to worry about this when traveling.

Todd and his families house was absolutely perfect for our large family of kids and grandkids. The whole 3rd floor game level was a huge hit with the kids and even adults. Whole house was spotless inside and out. Beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook minus your own spices.Out the gate to the left is a public beach or go right and another public beach both within half mile at most. Using the golf carts is the way to go for sure. The pool area across the street is beautiful area, clean water, clean area and there are restrooms in the pool area as well. We are talking about doing this again next year and I wont be looking at any other location except Todd's house.Todd, Thank you for having such a beautiful home and everything that comes with it, my family has made memories that will for ever never be forgotten.Steve

The house was nice with plenty of space. The only part we didnt like was the hot water can out very quickly when everyone was trying to shower after the beach. For a house that size, I am not sure why there is not a tankless water heater. Also, wish there had been access to a pantry. All of our groceries took up the limited counter space. Otherwise, the place was great and the golf carts were very helpful! Host was nice and gave clear instructions. Would book here again!

The home is close to the beach with the golf carts it makes it so easy to get there. Lot's of space for the family to enjoy. I wish the 3rd floor bath had a shower for the big bedroom that 6 people slept in. Todd gave us great instructions for the house. The golf carts were a big plus for all of us.

Our stay at Shenanigans was everything we had hoped for! Communication was amazing and instructions were very detailed. The house looked just like the pictures. The kitchen and the rest of the house were fully stocked with everything you could think of. The location was unbeatable and the two golf carts that were provided really elevated our stay. We ran into a few minor maintenance issues but they were all resolved in a timely manor. Instructions and communication when it came to those issues was a breeze. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking to visit 30A. It was a quick 10/15 minute golf cart ride into Seaside to go shopping and eat at the airstream food trucks. The beach was less than 5 minutes by golf cart and there was a delicious coffee shop right out side the gate of the community. The pool was only a handful of steps away from the front door. Our stay could not have been any better!

Our stay in Santa Rosa was absolutely perfect! The home is located in a very safe and beautiful gated community, which gave us so much peace of mind. The overflow parking was a huge plus, making it easy for everyone in our group to come and go.The location couldnt have been betterjust a one-minute walk to amazing coffee, smoothies, ice cream, and Italian food! Having golf carts available made exploring the area even more enjoyable.The house itself was incredibly spacious and well-stocked with every appliance we could need, including an ice maker, which was a great touch. The neighbors were all very friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
