Do you have senior family members or mobility-challenged members in your party? Built in 2015, Epic offers three first floor master suites as well as first floor living, kitchen and pool access to ensure that all family members are included in your newly minted memories.

Need a completely self-contained separate house for elderly group members, or so that multiple families can have their own kitchen and private areas, or so that the kids can have their own space? Epic’s pool house offers a full kitchen, living room, king suite and bunkroom/playroom that will be perfect for your situation.

Need a space that is large enough to have an event where everyone can gather ‘round? It’s unlikely that you’ll find a larger pool and private outdoor entertaining area that is closer to the beach than Epic’s.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are strictly prohibited.
NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years
NOTE: No pets. Sorry, no exceptions.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
