Not your plain vanilla vacation rental! Designed as an under-the-sea living concept, Aqua is a destination that your kids will remember forever! Located on a ocean-front subdivision with direct Coastal Dune lake access for paddleboarding and fishing and backyard access to the 17 mile coastal bike path, Aqua offers the ultimate the active beach lifestyle. Get ready to be blown away with Aqua’s glass balconies, hand-painted sea murals, and, yep, glow-in-the dark heated pool deck.

The Space

Aqua has been designed from the ground up to be as memorable as the beach itself!

During the day, Aqua offers an endless variety of options for creating active family memories. Being located on a hard-to-find gulf-front subdivision means no loading up the car and no crossing busy highways in the summer heat to get to the beach.

In fact, it’s less than a 3 minute walk from Aqua’s front door down our shaded neighborhood path to our incredible, secluded, sugar sand beach. (And don’t forget to enjoy our incredible underwater life!)

Coastal Dune Lakes are rare water bodies that occur in only 3 places in the world. Aqua is fortunate to be located on one of the largest on highway 30A…which creates incredible opportunities to use our (free, included) paddleboards to create forever-memories on this incredible natural phenomenon.

30A is famous for our 17 mile bike/jogging path that offers absolutely stunning coastal scenery that has made our area famous. Aqua boasts a very-rare, private gate in its backyard that opens directly to this world-famous attraction.

Aqua is designed for the enjoyment of kids…and the comfort of adults. Featuring 3 en-suite masters (including a downstairs master with frameless glass shower and freestanding tub) as well as two bunk rooms for the kids, Aqua boasts a sleeping capacity for 16 and parking for up to 8 vehicles.

Need a chillax day? Have the kids swim in Aqua’s full-size pool (heated in winter) for the day. Or grill up some fresh-caught seafood in Aqua’s outdoor dining area. Enjoy the kiddos’ surprise as Aqua’s rear pool deck begins glow-in-the-dark as night falls!

Ready for bed? While the grown ups will enjoy the high quality king beds with 3 private en-suite baths, the kiddos will have to cross the glass walkway through circling sharks, curious turtles and friendly dolphins to make way to their galley-style berths. We promise…Aqua will create forever-memories!

NOTE: Spring Break Restrictions: Please note that during Spring Break (March – April), you must be 25 years old to reserve Aqua. We’re sorry, absolutely no exceptions.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are strictly prohibited.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.

Had a great stay the pool lights did not work so the kids didnt really get to swim at night but other than that everything was perfect. We packed all of the listed items such as toilet tissue, dishwashing liquid, and trash bags but, everything was already available for us. Id definitely recommend this air bnb to everyone and so close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with a group of 6 adults and 6 children. The home provided plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in for a large group.One of the biggest highlights was the private beach within walking distance. It was convenient and made it easy to enjoy the water throughout our stay. The location was also great, with grocery stores and other necessities close by.The kids especially loved the pool, which ended up being perfect for the rainy days we experienced during our trip. It gave them a fun place to play when we couldn't be at the beach.The host was excellentcommunication was proactive, timely, and informative. They provided all the information we needed before we even had to ask, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.Overall, this was a fantastic property for a large family or group vacation, and we would gladly stay here again.

We loved the shark house!! Great for large groups. The master with 2 beds doesnt have a standard shower set up but the outdoor shower and bathroom made it work. This house is great and fun but read the reviews for the small quirks. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with gated access and lovely beach!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! Decorations are so adorable! Easy walk to the beach. There was a tiny issue with the grill and pool but the response was very fast & resolved quickly! The house has definitely been stayed in, but that is no problem for us. Very clean! Great communication! Warm pool that's a perfect size! Quiet neighborhood.We are planning the next vacation in a bigger home with the same owners! Thank you so much for making our vacation a relaxing memorable one!

The place was super cute and fun for the kids! It was very clean and the beds were comfy. You could definitely tell its a hot pick for families because there is a decent amount of wear and tear, but that didnt keep us from loving it. Wish bikes were included also, that would be a super nice touch! Conveniently located between alys beach and the big chill. Thanks for the memories!

We had a wonderful experience at Aqua! We took a best friends & kids vacation and it was all fabulous! The location is private and the beach area was not crowded at ALL, as the beach access is private to the neighborhood. We were just steps away from the beach access point, and even with kids, the walk there was very quick. We also really appreciated not being in an area with heavy traffic, and still being a convenient distance from grocery stores and restaurants. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our trip, and responded within the hour to each message. We will absolutely be checking for this home first the next time we visit PCB!

My 9 year old son loves sharks and all the things ocean. We didnt show him pictures of where we were staying to surprise him his face was priceless. My youngest son loved the hanging sharks! One of the best places we have ever stayed. The detail of the house is amazing and so kid friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

We stayed at the Aqua Live Under the Sea home and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect just a short walk to a quiet, private beach with soft white sand and stunning views. The home was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable, and there were more than enough towels and walk-in showers to keep things convenient. Everything felt clean, cozy, and welcoming.This was a great spot for a peaceful family vacation.

Overall very pleased with the house, price, location, and stay!! We encountered a couple hiccups with our stay that required us to communicate with the host. They are responsive to your messages on the Airbnb app. I was pleased to see that if you have issues with cleanliness, repair needed, or need assistance with something - they have a great reporting system in place and someone responds promptly. There was great communication from the hosts about the property as soon as you book and as you get closer to your rental dates. They provide you with helpful information and are upfront about what options are available/unavailable. The house is not in tip top pristine shape as there is some paint chipping and what I consider normal wear and tear, but it is really a neat place with the sharks hanging and pictures of sea creatures on the wall along with the open concept. At the end of the day the question is would you stay there again and the simple answer is yes!!
