With access limited only to the surrounding neighbors, Horizon’s private beach assures you of the quiet enjoyment of the wide white, sugar sand beaches and crystal clear emerald waters that makes our area famous!

Of course, variety is the spice of life and with over 10 public beaches within 2 miles of Horizon, you’ll never run short of options to soak up the sun.

But, when you’ve had enough of the sun, you can still enjoy the water in Horizon’s covered pool. Yep, no need to tell the kiddos that they can’t play in the pool because they’ve had enough sun today. Horizon’s gated, covered pool allows everyone to enjoy the water longer without concern of being overexposed.

In the evening, savor the coastal breeze and panoramic ocean view from Horizon’s covered 4th story covered deck.

Not a worn out rental. With its construction just completed in 2023, Horizon boasts the latest features to assure your comfort and convenience…not to mention designer-grade furnishings, premium mattresses, and state of the art appliances and bedding.

Planning a special meal for the entire group? Awesome! Horizon offers 17 person simultaneous indoor dining plus ample balcony seating. (And did we mention that the family chef can enjoy the ocean view from Horizon’s quartz kitchen while whipping up their culinary masterpiece?)

Of course, not every meal is going to be chef-quality. So, Horizon offers grab-n-go seating for 7 around its island and peninsula to make quick work of mealtime…in order to maximize beachtime!

Visiting off-season? Enjoy Horizon’s seasonally-heated pool (between October 1 and April 30) at no additional charge.

Want to explore 30A’s famous coastal 17 mile bike path? It couldn’t be any easier! Horizon is located directly on our
amazing scenic bike and jogging path.

Don’t want to peddle a bike? No problem! Horizon includes a free, eco-friendly, six seater golf cart to whisk you and your family to any of our world famous restaurants and eclectic boutiques along Florida’s Emerald Coast! (And, yes, that includes Seaside, Seagrove, Grayton, Blue Mountain, Rosemary and Alys…all of which are within just a few miles of Horizon’s central location.)

Ever wanted to try paddleboarding? Did you know that our beaches are home to rare Coastal Dune lakes that are found in only three places in the world? Sadly, very few area visitors ever experience the jaw-dropping serenity of paddling through the quiet waters of these natural wonders because they don’t have the means to enjoy them. But that’s no worry for Horizon guests.

Simply strap the two free included paddleboards on our six-seater golf cart to experience one of our Coastal Dune lakes that is only a mile from Horizon.

Pool: Horizon’s pool is 13 feet long, 19 feet wide, with a depth of approximately 5 feet, and is seasonally heated from October 1 to April 30.

Important Information:

NOTE: In order to drive the golf cart form, you must be over 25; complete the golf cart user agreement; and provide drivers license, credit card (for damages only), and proof of current auto insurance.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve
during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
