The Space

We’ve curated local artisan furnishings along with our favorite toys (paddleboards, golf carts, private pool and a killer family game closet) in order to create unforgettable beach memories.

With 7 bedrooms (including a carriage house with private entrance), Vibe offers a large sleeping capacity while maintaining its vintage Florida cottage charm.

Walk through the french doors to relax in the (seasonally heated) pool and hot-tub. Grill up some local seafood in our outdoor dining area (which is screened for your pest-free enjoyment). Decompress with a local wine in the master suite’s jacuzzi tub. Or create your gourmet masterpiece in Vibe’s generously-equipped quartz and stainless kitchen.

Not a cookie-cutter subdivision house with zero privacy. Vibe is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in SugarBeach: an upscale neighborhood of custom homes on Florida’s breath-taking 30A. And, Vibe’s ideal location in the center of 30A (only 1.5 miles to the Seaside pavilion) puts our finest beaches, best restaurants, and eclectic boutique shopping only a pleasant stroll away. Of course, our free six-seater golf cart takes the hassle out of carrying your cooler to the beach or parking at our amazing restaurants.

Ever wanted to try paddleboarding? Did you know that our beaches are home to rare Coastal Dune lakes that are found in only three places in the world? Sadly, very few area visitors ever experience the jaw-dropping serenity of paddling through the quiet waters of these natural wonders because they don’t have the means to enjoy them. But that’s no worry for Vibe guests.

Simply strap the two free included paddleboards on our six-seater golf cart to experience either of the two Coastal Dune lakes that are located only a mile from Vibe.

And don’t worry, unlike the electric rental carts that can only be run for an hour before they die and leave you stranded, our fuel-injected, Yamaha, quiet gas cart can take you all over the 30A’s 17 miles of stunning coastal scenery on just a couple of bucks in fuel.

Important Information

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home. And all Vibe guests are provided with a six seater gas powered golf carts; two paddleboards.
