Seaspray comfortably sleeps 26 with 9 spacious, designer-curated bedrooms, including two first-floor king suites with private baths, ideal for mobility-challenged guests. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, ensuring everyone’s comfort and privacy.

Located less than two blocks from Destin’s famous beaches, Seaspray offers easy access to the Gulf. Enjoy a short stroll to any of the six neighborhood beaches, which are far less crowded than the large public beaches. Or, load up your cooler and beach toys in Seaspray’s complimentary six-seater golf cart for a quick ride to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and activities along Destin’s Scenic Gulf Drive.

Escape the crowds and relax in our private, seasonally heated pool and spacious, fenced backyard—almost impossible to find in Destin. Seaspray offers an extensive selection of outdoor seating and dining options for both poolside and pool-view dining. Enjoy ample poolside chairs and sun loungers, including in-the-water splash pad seating, perfect for soaking up the sun or unwinding in style. Built in 2024, Seaspray boasts premium amenities, including quartz counters, stainless appliances, designer furnishings, and premium mattresses, all in a fun, beach-chic style.

Convenience is key with Seaspray. Destin Commons, the area’s premiere shopping, entertainment, and dining complex, is just across the street. Enjoy an Imax theater, a massive Bass Pro Shop, and plenty of fun and funky shops and restaurants without the hassle of traffic.

Seaspray also includes two inflatable paddleboards, perfect for beginners, saving you from rental costs. Use Seaspray’s golf cart to haul the boards to the Gulf or deflate them for a trip to nearby Crab Island, Destin Harbor, bay beaches, or natural springs.

Important Information:

NOTE: In order to drive the golf cart form, you must be over 25; complete the golf cart user agreement; and provide drivers license, credit card (for damages only), and proof of current auto insurance.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are strictly prohibited.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Seaspray during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund

NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
