Just a half-mile from 30A’s latest beach access—reachable in under 90 seconds via a golf cart—and conveniently located across from Topsail State Park, known for its unspoiled beaches, Driftwood ensures easy accessibility to pristine surroundings while bypassing the usual hustle and bustle of 30A.

Of course, variety is the spice of life and with over 6 beach accesses within one mile of Driftwood, you’ll never run short of options to soak up the sun.

Driftwood features 8 bedrooms, each with its own attached bath, comfortably accommodating up to 17 guests. All while maintaining its carefully curated coastal-chic style.

After soaking up the sun and beach, take a refreshing dip in Driftwood’s private pool or relax in its inviting splash pads.

In the evening, savor the coastal breeze from Driftwood’s covered 4th story covered deck.

This isn’t your average rental. Freshly built in 2023, Driftwood presents state-of-the-art amenities ensuring your comfort and convenience. Expect designer-grade furnishings, top-quality mattresses, and state of art appliances and bedding, guaranteeing a contemporary and comfortable stay.

Preparing a special group meal? Fantastic! Driftwood provides indoor dining for 18 simultaneously (seating for 12 at the dining table and 6 at the kitchen island), along with plenty of balcony seating and al-fresco tables.

Of course, not every meal is going to be chef-quality. So, Driftwood offers grab-n-go seating for 6 around its island to make quick work of mealtime…in order to maximize beachtime!

Visiting off-season? Enjoy Driftwood’s seasonally-heated pool (between October 1 and April 30) at no additional charge.

Ever wanted to try paddleboarding? Did you know that our beaches are home to rare Coastal Dune lakes that are found in only three places in the world? Sadly, very few area visitors ever experience the jaw-dropping serenity of paddling through the quiet waters of these natural wonders because they don’t have the means to enjoy them. But that’s no worry for Driftwood guests.

Simply strap the two free included paddleboards on our six-seater golf cart to experience one of our Coastal Dune lakes that is less than a mile from Driftwood.

Pool: Driftwood’s pool is 28 feet long, 12 feet wide, with a depth of approximately 3 to 5 feet, and is seasonally heated from October 1 to April 30.

Important Information:

NOTE: In order to drive the golf cart form, you must be over 25; complete the golf cart user agreement; and provide drivers license, credit card (for damages only), and proof of current auto insurance.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs. Additionally, Legacy Beach Homes’ insurance only covers the property and the Guest between the property’s published check in time of 4:00 PM CST and check out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are strictly prohibited.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve
during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

NOTE: A security camera is mounted on the outside of the house and is aimed down the driveway. The pool/pool area is not within the camera’s field of vision.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
